A series of early paintings I did in 2020 soon after finishing my first degree at the University of St Andrews studying Film Studies and Mediaeval History. I was fascinated by a recent phenomena in film of having a frontal shot of the main character breaking the fourth wall and so I did a series addressing some of my favourite film stills.
